I grew up in India, the land of Tantra, Yoga and Kamasutra where Goddesses are part of religion. Yet in modern India, women are discriminated heavily and people pretend that sex doesn't exist. I lost touch with my own feminine essence as I tried to hide my body, tried to prove myself to be as capable as a man and worked on climbing the corporate ladder in an aggressive corporate world. 

I have spent more than ten years finding my true essence and connecting with the beautiful, yin, feminine energy within me that is sensual and flows like water. My journey continues on as I learn more and more about that real Tantra system and ancient Tao system with Mantak Chia. I see women around the world, not just in India hiding their feminine selves either behind their corporate jobs, their children, less than ideal relationship, being single or behind shame & guilt. 

I work with women across the globe on helping them find their feminine essence back and connect with their sensual and sexual energy. Our sexual energy is the most powerful life force energy that is in all of us, once awakened it can help us be super creative, healthy and help live our lives to their fullest potential. 

I offer private 1:1 this coaching sessions that look different for everyone. I help women get in touch with their most potent, creative, life-force energy. These session help women connect to their feminine essence, sensual and sexual energy so you can use this energy to live your life to its fullest potential. Depending upon where you are in your journey, I will help you get out of shame & guilt around sexuality, help you connect deeper with your partner (if you have one) and teach you various Tantra and Tao techniques that you can begin to practice in your daily life to get in touch with the primal energy within you and awaken the shakti.
